After our team assesses and confirms the fault, we will send a prepaid courier label for you to return the product. Upon receiving it, you can opt for a full refund or an exchange. Certainly! We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. To qualify, the item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Refunds are processed after we've received and inspected the returned items.
